This incident SHOULD be investigated thoroughly.

The culprits should be identified with reasonable certainty and then they and all who aided or acquiesced in this atrocity against an innocent civilian populace, including any foreign government, should be wiped from the face of the earth.

Another side effect will be the wartime budget busting that will have to happen just to rebuild everything. Pentagon alone may be in the billions.

I imagine there some insurance companies going to bite the dust before it is over, too. If not them, then the companies who own the destroyed facilities.

The horrible loss of life when and if ever finally tallied will likely be in 5 figures, injuries who can guess?

It may not yet be over. It has only been about 3 hrs and 15 minutes since the first WTC crash.

Another "Day that will live in Infamy". We will find out if we as a country are made of the same stern stuff as Tom Brokaw's "Greatest Generation".
