Joe , they will need to start all negotiations and discussions in the fiercest earnest now... There will be a global miltary martial law situation now , that will immmediatley ensue . Nato has already Evac'ed their central command in Brussels. From now on -----> all issues confronting the resolution of conflict and peace , even religious beliefs , will come under world scrutiny . Diplomats , religious leaders radicals , politicians , and the citizen's of the world need to come together later and decide just what kind of world we want to live in... But one thing for certain , politicians, leaders, diplomats and whomever else will be brought to tables , sat down , and they will --->TALK in earnest and no more BS will be tolerated... This is an extraordinary day in the history of the world.
