Killing Bin Laden would probably just make him a martyr in his culture. His death would spark increased attacks from his followers. I also think that it is illegal or unconstitutional to target one individual for death. Isn't that why Sadham wasn't assassinated?( aside from the fact that he is an escape artist who travels with many look alikes.
