First, let's stop calling this terrorism and call it for what it REALLY is: an act of war. Terrorism is always one aspect of generalized conflict. These acts are tactical maneuvers in a larger-scaled effort. We already know who the responsible parties are. We just need to gather the WILL to go get them. Enough of this continual shell-game with these knuckleheads. We played footsie with Hitler too.
