George, it certainly is ironic that terrorist managed to highjack 8 jets with today’s security -- a scenario very much like something written by Tom Clancy. The attack is certainly economic... We have a long ways to go with this one. Regards Frank P.

Short big city real estate? Buy small town real estate? I have long thought this would be an emerging trend but I always thought a suitcase nuke through a porous border would start it. Scary, this could still happen. Big cities,who needs them;too vulnerable to biological,nuclear or other disaster. Couple with high taxes,still even higher insurance costs and other overhead,this could be an emerging trend. Thoughts appreciated. Anyer
