I was talking to on of my brokers in NY when the first one hit. He thought it was a bomb going off again. I turned on the TV then and when the second plane hit . . . . my god, it looked like one of those bad Irwin Allen movies. I mean, Jean Claude VonDamme, the whole nine yards. It all has such an air of disbelief to it . . .

most likely the buildings are completely destroyed. gravity is hard to fight once the collapse starts and the tons of rubble starts tumbling down.
