No, it is still time for containment. Get everyone that the trail leads too...but do not cross the line of reasonable proof. Just because a person or group is militant does not allow us to use this as an excuse to take them out. They used cowardly acts and attacked our institutions. Our institutions must respond, but each act we perform must be defensible on its own merit, not "They may not have been guilty of this, but they're guilty of something." Because others have acted with disregard for human life and disregard for any form of "due process", does not mean a civilized society should respond in kind. Ira
