Well- maybe we won't. Maybe our government will be reflective, and careful and will only punish the people who deserve to be punished- although many of those people are already dead. The way there revolutionary cells work (i believe) there aren't many people involved. They all know each other for 5 years or more or are family- they have very little contact with each other- that's why our intelligence organizations cannot infiltrate them.

But I suspect our leaders will get frustrated and feel the need to strike out at someone, even if they aren't really a prime target. I hope that doesn't happen. But I've seen it before, and every time it makes me sadder and sadder. The initial terrorism is sickening enough, but to see us become terrorists ourselves is too much for me. I admit. I hope we don't go that path.
