Agreed.
There are unconfirmed reports on the BBC now that the missiles may have been launched by the remaining opponents of the Taliban - possibly a late response to the (attempted?) assassination of Massoud in the last few days... hopefully not capitalising on the chaos today, but who knows. I'm sure they'd shed no tears if the US were blamed.
It doesn't help that everything's 3rd-hand from there. Even the explosions aren't properly confirmed.
