By that logic you should kill all Michigans (or at least all Michigan Militiamen), for the Oklahoma City bombing. And can you sentence any sympathizer of Tim Mcveigh to death penalty just because he/she sympathized with him?

We're being sucked into a vortex of violence that is going to spin and spin, kill and kill, for a long time.

What's the answer?

The religious psychos will not be satisfied until the world is their world. No Christians, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, etc. allowed. Can we tolerate that?

Gotta fight. It's unfortunately the only answer I see.
