By blowing up a few cities all we are doing is guaranteeing another dozen brigades of these suicide bombers dudes and who knows, they may even be more bold next time, oh God help us all, I can't imagine that, can you?

Um, so you think, to dissuade people who are completely willing to die for the cause, you are promoting "blowing up a few cities" which would be largely inhabited by completely innocent people, this will somehow discourage future suicide attacks...uh...talk about a way galvanize the support of 10s of millions for MORE attacks...
