Yours is the most sensible post I have seen all day. Bullet proof bulkheads between cockpit and cabin with camera built in. Allows captain to actually see what is happening, even if the hijacker disables the camera, at some point the captain should be able to see what is taking place behind that door. The agreed upon "knock" on the door between captain and crew could be ignored and the plane directed to the nearest landing strip. Even if the plane is blown out of the sky, the lives saved on the ground.......... I would be willing to give my life to have saved the World Trade Center and all of those people. To have thwarted the terrorist act would have been sweet revenge. If this simple and easy solution had been in place perhaps thousands of lives could have been save? M
