There is a time to set out priorities, identify targets and take forceful actions in collaboration with our allies. However, there is limited option for endless debate about what is justifiable action. We already know of terrorist states and factions who have openly declared war on the U.S. and citizens of the U.S. We should have no debate about taking them out. Take them out where ever they breed.
