Americans are also not very well liked on the college campus especially white American males who represent America and are constantly demonized by the professors and media

You know why bin laden hates America? This is unfingbelievable.

the military operations to deal with Saddam required the stationing of
U.S. forces in the Saudi land. Bin Laden was outraged at the royal
government allowing these forces, especially the Americans, to be present on
the soil of the kingdom that contains the two Muslim Holy Cities, Mecca and
Medina.

Dear Chalu2: I fear you are correct. the Arab leaders made a big mistake IMHO turning an entire generation of their followers against the USA. Surely they were smart enough to realize it is ONLY the USA that could have helped them but I suspect maybe THEY WANT NO HELP. Maybe they LIKE things the way they are so that they can remain in power and live off their people? JDN
