It had been in place for years. It's not the flying to Nebraska or staying in the air that bothers me, it's the fact that he seems in a complete fog, totally unclear on what's going on, or what to do next, and not in all in command of the situation. It's obvious others are. Thank goodness Condaleeza Rice was in the situation room with Colin Powell. Now those two have a clue, as well as some foreign policy experience/education.

Yes the president followed the emergency plan by the letter. American was waiting for his speech and I don't think they are satified with his short speech. I think we should just delay the Presidential judgements and Pray for the people who are still in the building. May GOD bless them.
