Remember last Christmas there was that British Airways jet that was commandeered by a madman in mid-flight on the way to Pakistan? They did not bother to lock the door of the cockpit.

Until they can implement measures as suggested, they might want to station some guards...

>Bullet proof bulkheads between cockpit and cabin with camera built in. Allows captain to actually see what is
happening, even if the hijacker disables the camera, at some point the captain should be able to see what is taking
place behind that door. The agreed upon "knock" on the door between captain and crew could be ignored and the plane directed to the nearest landing strip.

This is the best idea I have heard so far here. I propose the billions of dollars that go to the Israelis to brutally occupy the Palestinians be diverted to the immediate implementation of this idea. And while we are at it how about hiring a bunch of security people, train them and assign them to many flights (if not all, at least randomly selected), and improve the airport security. And how about upgrading the intelligence operations so we are not caught sleeping ever again.Seriously, moenmac this bullet proof idea separating the cockpit and cabin with camera built in makes a whole lot sense to me. Send it to your Congressman or something
