You are saying he cannot be kept safe from hijacked airliners except but in a bunker in Nebraska? There was no scrambled aircraft in Washington until 7:00 PM this evening?

If that's the case where are my keys to a bunker in Nebraska? Where are the keys for every American? He expects New Yorkers and Washingtonians to go to their homes while he runs to Nebraska?
