This is so funny. I have to share this. A poster from JLallen's little preserve of RWET'ers actually Pm'ed me to tell me we violate my notions of freedom of speech by having a moderated thread...like THEY do! So to clarify for those who didn't take Con Law- I love freedom of speech as it applies to the government. People can TELL you to leave the country- but because the government machinery cannot be used by these people to expel people for their opinions we do not need to go. Now on to another right- Freedom of Association. An extremely important right. I like it a lot. Not that any of those rights really apply here on a private website run as a business. We are subject to the TOU here. But again- I still wouldn't tell people to leave the country no matter how silly or destructive I find their opinions. But hang around with them and let them talk to me? I think not. They can discuss me with their little friends somewhere else, like the children they are. :-) edit- and speaking of children, I'll be gone for the day teaching some 3rd graders.
