With regard to the capacity failures for wireless, maybe it's time for everyone--AT&T, Sprint PCS, and Verizon--to upgrade at least to CDMA 1X .

(Also -- on HBO's "The Sopranos" -- don't they often show someone receiving a call at a pay phone ?)
