Dale, Good point- Senility has set in- I meant Stansfield Turner as Head of Pres. Carter's CIA. We do need consider to hiring massive new number of INS and Border Patrol Agents for the Canadian border though. We need a lesser additional number on our southern border. Also up the Customs agents in ports and airports..... I was not aware of the CIA-related Executive Orders- Have they ever been acted upon since 1979 and the Allende coup fallout?
