Yes, yes. "What's a human life worth?" and all that. Still, our countries let their own die violent deaths and deaths from hunger every day. What are they worth? We are a people who will always weigh the real costs versus some unquantifiable cost (i.e., safety) and the cost to our freedom of movement. All I am saying is that it would be an enormous undertaking. Make the cockpit nearly impenetrable and pepper spray the entire cabin automatically or have big f*cking pepper spray bombs at all the steward stations.
