I suspect the Taliban will extradite Bin Laden. I also suspect this will not much good. He will become a martyr, and he has probably transferred operational control of his organization to others.

Bin Laden is guilty of the attacks on the Uss Cole ( I believe the name is correct) and several attacks on Emabassy's and God knows what else. He should be dealt with for those items even if he didnt do the wtc attack. Hussein should have been taken out action along time ago also; I wouldnt be surprised if he was involved. If we keep letting these guys slide we are asking for further attacks.
