IMO - I doubt very much that this will be limited to an attack just on Bin Laden's infrastructure only... a government is going to have to pay for this - maybe more than 1...

My guess is Bin Laden's bases in Afghanistan and possibly Sudan as well as the Taliban government. UAB passports were used as well - though I doubt their government would be involved. Also talk of Pakistani intelligence service being linked.
