That is not necessarily aligning ones interest with the middle east. I think suicide bombers may likely feel they have nothing to lose. By giving them something to lose their choices become harder do they not?

If you were a boy (or girl for that matter) growing up in a refugee camp with no prospects of a life that others enjoy simply because they were born in better circumstances, why wouldn't fundamentalism be attractive to you if it provides some source of self esteem and purpose? Regardless of how odious that purpose may be to thoughtful people.

How else but say education and opportunity might we hope to eradicate the motivation of those that become fanatical but than to erode these root causes that may lead them to these callous and reprehensible acts?

>You make some good points but your remedy reveals your true heritage.

my true heritage? Hmm

>By your posts on this thread, you have made it abundantly clear that your interests are affiliated with the Middle East. You can claim to be a US citizen but you are not one.

My interests are affiliated with the Middle East...Well I was told not to put smileys but I couldn't help it, yes you can say that my interests are affiliated with finding a SOLUTION to the Middle East problem, which is the root cause of this tragedy.

>You can claim to be a US citizen but you are not one.

????

>You make excuses for what we all know is inexcusable.

What happened is inexcusable.

>You blame US foreign policy for yesterday's tragedy.

Yes! And the complete failure of our intelligence agencies who were caught with their pants down.

>You are saying that if someone brutally murders your family you should ignore it and focus your attention in helping the criminal.

Hello?? Hello? Anyone home? I am saying address the fundamental root causes of the problem to ensure our kids live in peace.

>You are absolutely insane.

My wife sometimes think so too!

>When has diplomacy ever worked with the kind of people who would justify what happened yesterday? That is no
solution.

Let me rephrase: "When has one sided diplomacy and injustices brought upon certain people for decades ever worked? That is no solution!

>You've got a lot of nerve. A LOT of nerve.

No I don't. I managed to totally escape the tech stock massacre for my clients and they think that I have enough nerve to take care of them. Yeah, sometimes I may get on my wife's nerves or on the nerves of some people like you and other SI posters. Well, I am used to that. All I ask for is for you to consider and THINK about what I am saying, not necessarily agree with me. Let's agree to disagree, it happens every day in our country, you know?
