Everybody fears something ... even these nuts. They may be stupid enough to die for their cause but I suspect not all their family members feel the same way.

You sound like you are afraid of them ... that is definitely not a good attitude to have if you plan on conquering your opponent. Fortunately American soldiers are made of stronger stuff.

Your fear is no reason for the U.S. to surrender. You need to deal with why you feel this fear and overcome it. Handing over the keys to the kingdom is not really an acceptable solution in this case.

There are cultures that would have been wiped out by these people if they took your attitude. Your solution to this problem is simply WRONG.

They don't want to have a touchy feely conversation with you, they want to wipe you out. Accept what the real situation is and deal with it. Much weaker cultures than the United States have overcome this type of assault.

How can you say something like that is beyond me. These guys are willing to die, they have no fear for crying out loud!

Reminds me of Japan, before the nukes started going off and the leaders lifes became under threat.

Funny how all fanatic groups get reasonable when the head fanatic life becomes at risk. How many young japanesse plowed their planes into air craft carriers for their "god"?

What happened when their "god" came under threat?
I think there was a surender?
