Yes, President Bush used a canned speech, but the leadership is there. I believe it will become evident in days to come. NOT just in some ""feel good"" president leaning one elbow on the podium and looking in your eyes and telling you he feels your pain, but in results in overcoming this tragedy. If, in the days to come, President Bush takes care of business, I will be happy if he does not I will let him know it. Who gives a rats butt about coming on TV every five minutes to make you feel good?

It is a war on terrorism Karen. He was quite clear. You may have even gotten it if you had not pre-judged him. I'll summarize it for you since you had so much trouble understanding. This type of terrorism is an act of war against the United States. Can you understand that? We will go after the murderers (those are the guys that did it) AND the countries that harbor them (that is where they train and operate). Still with me? It is EXACTLY what I wanted to hear, and I had no trouble understanding him.
