Good comments. The events of yesterday are despicable, from any standpoint. Of course such events must be opposed, strenuously! However, the events need to be understood at a more fundamental level than the obvious. What are the terrorists saying? How do they get to that insane point of view? What is the underlying situation that needs to change? How can the real conflict be resolved? So what can an ordinary person do about all that? From my point of view, the answer is to live one's own life in as responsible a way as possible. Realize that the terrorist's hate is in us also (to some degree). And give that up! Any Way that is not LIVED is just idle philosophy. Namaste! Jim
