The reality is that success EQUALS the demise of terrorism. There is no possibility of a massive strike or great offensive. Success will simply be that, after a certain amount of time, it has been minimized. No parades, few or no medals, and no "Victory Over Terrorism Day". Actually, I guess that's the purpose of terrorism: We will live the next few years in terror...
