It seems like the US doesn't declare war anymore. I think we should declare war on the Taleban (Afghanistan if you like), and Osama Bin Laden's group. But, maybe not right away, wait for more proof to become public, build public support, build a coalition with NATO countries, get some support from Arab nations--at least on the flow of oil. Yeah, I think Bush should wait. And any country that want's in on the war -- on the other side, that's foolish enough to -- well we can declare war on them after they initiate hostilities.

A declaration of War might inadvertently activate insurance coverage exclusions under "acts of war." We certainly must be careful not to further harm those already injured.

Maybe Bush is making a deal(payoff) da wimp like Reagan (never negotiate with terrorists-Iran Contra). Lets blame it on Afghanistan and Osama Bin-Laden, not enough. What about the climate created by Teran, Bahgdad, Libia, Palistine, Jordan, Syria, etc... Quebec and Paris also harbor coffee house meeting place/incubators for terrorists. Who have I pissed off now huh? Please belive me I think we need to help figure this out quick.
