Seriously now which one among Allah, Americanism or Judaism fits in each of these and numerous others? I can only speak to the ones involving the nations of the Balkans. For those the answer is...none of the above. Religion was a convenient excuse used by many but played little role in igniting the conflicts. However, if you want to insist religion was a key factor, it should be pointed out that the common agressor in virtually all the balkan hots-spots you mentioned is/was... Christian.
