I think the important thing is establishing who did this and punishing them, their network, and their protectors thoroughly enough to make the next guy think twice. I doubt we'll be able to set up a world-wide war against radical Islamic terror; it that's the aim, of course bin Laden is a legitimate target for his past acts of terror. But it's more important to get the guys that did this act of terror.

Absolutely not. Even if it is proven that he had nothing to do with yesterday's murders we should make every effort to eliminate him. He is a threat and he is a criminal. He is at war with the US and he will lose.
