I agree with Saut, though the PPT and others may let it dip first to get the forced selling from MuFus out of the way before they apply the prop at a cheaper price than simply throwing money at it on the opening. Kinda like April 4th 2000. In the longer term, Americans are too debt-ridden to do much of anything about it, even if they had the stomach to take on more risk (which I doubt, prudently so).
