maybe this will stimulate some lively conversation I guess it succeeded in that, though I would have hoped for better than some of the personal attacks. Clearly there are confusing and conflicting things going on here. We've all (assuming we're stock traders, as this site would imply) witnessed the manipulation of the markets by the analysts, media and large funds over the past 3 years. It has made me very suspicious of things not being as they're presented. I served six years in the armed forces and have many friends who fought in the Gulf War. I am still confused by the dubious conclusion(?) to that conflict. To be suspicious of the causes of this in no way is to be callous toward the horrible loss of life and the tragic grief of so many fellow Americans. Perhaps Bin Laden is simply an evil man with religious fanatacism. For some reason, that is too simplistic for me.
