The one thing that WOULD be effective would be a massive (further) tax cut, which would allow J4P to deleverage the balance sheet a bit. Ain't gonna happen, the Dems would squawk too loudly, and it would make Shrub Jr. the hero.

Cutting capital gains taxes to zero retroactively would be cool, would let me off the hook for my ill-gotten poot gains this year ;-)
