Ted, Thank you for that update. Be aware that most of us think that CNBC is doing a fine job in light of the very adverse circumstances. We understand that many of your friends and acquaintances and guests may be directly affected by this tragedy. It is sad to think how many regular guests and friends you may have lost in this tragedy. You are all doing a terrific job with your coverage, keeping up with a crazy story that is often way off your beat. Very professional. Please pass that along to the whole CNBC crew. Hang in there.

Ted, I would like to echo the sentiments of others on this thread and say that CNBC has been magnificent in its coverage. The same can be said for your sister station, MSNBC. Good reporters step up regardless of the "beat" and it is should be obvious to all that CNBC has a team of damned good reporters. Going forward, I will look to CNBC to rise to the challenge of reporting on the financial ramifications of this tragedy. Regards, Glenn

I agree with everyone else. An absolutely great and responsible job of reporting by CNBC. You covered this tragedy with the quality journalism and professionalism which used to be the hallmark of CNN. For anyone who was in doubt, this was a convincing demonstration that the people at CNBC are real journalists, not just a collection of talking heads. BTW, at the appropriate time, I hope CNBC will be able to do some sort of memorial or appreciation for those who were lost.
