Self defense. This is a war of annihilation. In war, only victory counts. The attackers must be totally destroyed. A subpoena doesn't count nor does blowing up tents or a few military installations. The destruction of the WTC wont stop us and causing a proportionate amount of damage to our attackers wont stop them. If at some time, they surrender as Japan and Germany did, we can stop killing them.Our attackers must cease to exist either through their elimination or surrender. Which in this context means the annihilation of the countries that sponsor them. The terrorist countries that aren't attacked, will take note and choose not to attack, for to do so, will cause the "Great Satan" to welcome them into the infernal regions.
