I was just curious. I was brought up in Russia so religions are sorta foreign to me including the animosity between them.

Actually, Islam treats JC pretty much the same as Judaism. Both accept him as a prophet. Of course, to Islam Christians are infidels about on the same level as animals, while the Jews have some respect for Christians.
