before you make more of a fool of yourself than you already have, realize that the routing was likely secret service protocol.

Now, couple that with the fact that he actually returned to the white house that day (reportedly against ss recommendations).

You're mistaken if you confuse his demeanor with his resolve.

Couple that with his staff and you'll likely be surprised with the results.

You and sea otter are jerks. Bush did not return to Wash immediately because, as the other reply stated, he was a target. The secret service did not want him to go to Washington at All. It's assholes like you that continue to try and divide America. try to be bipartisan in times of crisis.
