We also need to re-organize and UPGRADE our CIA and global intelligence efforts. We may have to do some things in the sewer and get tough. This is war and as Colin Powell has said lets 'Get Terrorism By Its Branch & By Its Root'...This is a long and expensive process. Yet, IMO the U.S. and our Global Allies will rise to the occasion.
