My sense is that people like him are much better at inflaming the zealots into suicide missions than putting their own lives on the line. Cowardice is the real face of the terrorist. He's the guy who does the masterminding. The foot soldiers who perform these missions are manipulated, IMO. The guy probably shorted the entire market.
