Perhaps you should read the posts you respond to (#892). I defined the Gospel as I believe Jesus taught it. I have studied the Bible all my life. Jesus never taught the doctrines espoused in the Nicene creed. These were a political device to revive a dying Roman empire. Where did I judge you? I simply stated facts and my understanding of the Gospel. I gave scriptural support for my beliefs also (#844), but I also accept the verse "Thy word have I hid in my heart that I might not sin against thee". The Word is not in a book, it is written in the heart of the believer. In Christ, Paula
