Like I said life ain't that simple; pull out a map and start calculating how you support 100K+ troops there for weeks or months.

Eventually the little rodent will show his face somewhere and have it blown off - whether it takes days or weeks, it will happen.

I wouldn't rely on anything the Afghanis say including whether the sun rises in the east and sets in the west there. They are a barbaric, medieval regime, total nutcases and scum in my book.
