No argument, but apart from Vietnam we were never overrun by tyrants, unlike other nations I can think of. Who safeguards western security today, Iceland? Does Europe sleep well at night with that security blanket? Yep. We have done pretty well the past 50 years, a record I would be proud of. No one's perfect, Chris, especially when you try to play by the rules most of the time. If Bin Laden really is in Afghanistan we could just nuke the place flat. But I doubt the rest of the world would condone that....
