That's our legal system. This upcoming engagement will be covered by a different set of rules designed for war.

Our way of life is based on personal freedoms, the ability to choose our leaders, and a system that allows reward based on merit/accomplishment. Those freedoms were never meant to apply to enemies who are attempting to destroy this nation, be they citizens of the US or some other country.

I thought our way of life was to let 100 guilty persons go free rather than incarcerate (KILL ?) 1 innocent person.

Or is that true only for US citizens?

Bin Laden is already guilty of the earlier attempted WTC bombing attempt, two embassy bombings and the U.S.S. Cole bombing, and more. Just those alone are enough to kill him and his associates.

We need to move quickly and with massive force. His death is not enough. We must also take out his associates, his camps, and the government that has welcomed him. Now. They are all guilty. This is war.
