Frank, Uh, I'd avoid the nukes I think- Unless we got nuked ourselves of course. Then it would be open season. That's why I say leave this one to the professionals in the intelligence services. Authorize them to carry out assassinations and turn them loose like hunter-killer subs relentlessly to track the leaders of the terror organizations.

I don't want to describe it on the Internet- but everyone leaves a certain trail of information behind them. Find it like the remnant wake of a vessel on the water, and then follow it into your target.

Meanwhile via high tech monitor all rank and file terrorist camp activity hourly 24 hours/day. Anytime you see activity at a certain level in the camp day or night, then immediately send in cruise missiles.
