Cheap shot, DOUG H, but answer this..

... and answer honestly:
Would a President Reagan have been playing "Where's Waldo?"
with planes with hundreds of Americans being hurled into
buildings with thousands of Americans in them? Or would
he have been in the Oval Office, ASAP, assuring the
American people?
Or a President Clinton? Or Pres. Bush, Sr.?
