Albert, Somewhat curiously, I agree with you on this - One of the messages that I think should be sent is that governments which aided or abetted groups which perpetrated such an atrocity as this should be aware that they risk being held responsible for their support of an entity which has harmed us - if we have a credible way to retaliate, it would make such governments much more careful in making sure they couldn't be mistakenly implicated as accomplices - which would enhance the US's leverage in implementing a 'full court press' against the perpetrators. Ironically, I begin to sound like Jozef Hazlada in this respect - which scares me to some degree, at least in strategic terms - ;-)) Regards, Jamok
