CDN markets to open today and only SCHWAB has prohibited shorting. Here is my opinion on allowing a potentially destructive action such as this.Allowing short selling IMO is like spitting in the undug graves of those missing and dead brokers and others in the disaster. It is as if they are kicking out support beams themselves. allowing short selling could possible take a human and infrastructure disaster and extend it into a financial one. Have some compassion and common sense - also is the equivalent of financial looting
