....my son, who turned 18 in July, was wondering when he would be called up in the draft in that he had to register last summer...he was very worried...I got him to talk about it and he looked me in the eye and said he was "ready to go but scared". I can't begin to tell you what thoughts came streaming back.

I told him he's a good man and there have been millions before him that have felt the same way.
