TM: you're the father of the thread and you decide. I would go for something real-optimistic (g), like "The coming end of recession 2002". Or possibly change to CFC 2001 (trying to have a cake and eat it)?

I vote to keep it as it is. As the Russians used to say when it was the Soviet Union, "the past is uncertain." I am an historian, so I don't believe in historical revisionism.
